Package Your Items
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring the garment is folded carefully to prevent permanent creasing of the raw denim.
Ship the Goods
Affix the provided return label or use a tracked shipping service to send the package back to our workshop in Brighton.
Inspection and Refund
Once received, our craftsmen will inspect the item for quality; approved returns will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
